How can I commission an artwork?
You can commission a bespoke and personal artwork for your exact liking. Contact us in order to discuss style, size and colour palette and we will create the artwork of your dreams - uniquely for you. The process takes 4-6 weeks.
Can you help me with which artwork would work in my home?
Yes, we offer consulting both in the Copenhagen area and online, where Sophie Pollock will offer guidance and ideas for the style, size and colour of artworks that fit your space.
I love an artwork that is already sold. Can you make something similar?
Yes, it is possible to draw inspiration from previous artworks. Note that every painting is different and unique and it is not desired or possible to create exact replicas.
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes we offer secure worldwide shipping of the paintings.
Where can I view your artworks in person?
It is possible to view the paintings when they are exhibited, when visiting the artist's studio by request or via online video calls. If you would like more images and videos of an artwork, please get in touch.
Shipping policy?
All paintings will be shipped safely and securely and are despatched within 5 working days. Delivery time depends on your location.
If you have special requirements, such as an urgent timeframe, contact us and we will work out a faster delivery.
The customer is liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency.
Return policy?
Artworks bought can be returned for 14 days, with the exception of custom orders, in the same condition as when received. A possible exchange or return can happen either by personal return to our studio or by insured post, where the expense is incurred by the sender.
If you want to return your purchase, you need to contact us and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your painting so as it arrives in good condition.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days although please allow up to 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs for any orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
There is no return on commission pieces.
